# Data Catalog Settings

The admin can configure the details of the Data Catalog that needs to be saved.

* Click the ***Data Catalogue Settings*** option from the Configurations menu.

* The ***Data Catalogue Settings*** page opens.
* Select either of the options out of the ***Standard*** or ***SRV*** options.
* The user needs to configure the following fields:
  * Username
  * Password
  * IP/Host
  * Port (This field does not appear when the SRV option is selected to save the data.)
  * Database Name
* Click the ***Save*** option to save the data in the given database.
