# Shared Views

***Adding Shared View to a Report***

The users can use already existing views based on a data store using the ***Shared Views*** icon.

* Navigate to the final page of the Report.
* Click the ***Shared Views*** icon.

* All the available shared views from the selected Data store appear.
* Use a checkmark in the box to select a shared view.
* Click the ***Save*** icon.

* The selected shared view gets added to the report.
* Click the ***Save report*** icon to save the report.
