Custom Field Settings

This section configures the custom field settings for the user groups and the users assigned to those groups.

  • Click the Custom Field Settings option from the Configuration and Settings list.

  • The Custom Field Settings window opens.

  • Provide the following information for each custom field:

    • Key: Provide the key value of the custom field.

    • Input Type: Select an input option from the drop-down menu.

      • Manual: By selecting this option, users need to fill the field manually.

      • User Lookup: By selecting this option, users need to choose from a drop-down menu.

    • Description: Describe the inserted key.

    • Mandatory: Use the checkmark in the given box to make the inserted custom field

      mandatory.

  • Click the Save Component icon to save the inserted custom fields.

Please Note:

  • Click the Add Fields option to add a new custom field.

  • Click the Refresh icon to erase the inserted custom fields information.

  • Click the Delete icon to remove a custom field.
