The Form Settings admin option provides database details for saving the data of forms.
Click the Form Settings option from the admin options panel.
The Form Settings page opens.
Enter the database details to save the form data as mentioned below:
Username: Use read-only credentials
Password: Use a valid password
Host: Provide Host address
Port: Provide the port number
Database Name: Provide a database name
Click the Save option to save the entered settings information.
Please Note:
Click the Clear option to erase the entered database settings details.
All the fields for the Form Settings are mandatory.
