Form Settings

The Form Settings option allows administrators to configure database details required for saving form data. This configuration is a prerequisite for using the Forms module.

Access Form Settings

  1. From the Admin Panel, click Form Settings under the admin options list.

    • The Form Settings page opens.

Configure Form Settings

  1. Enter the following database details:

    • Username: Use read-only credentials.

    • Password: Provide a valid password.

    • Host: Enter the host address.

    • Port: Provide the port number.

    • Database Name: Enter the database name.

  2. Click Validate to validate the entered Form Settings.

    • A notification message appears confirming validation.

  3. Click Save.

    • A confirmation message appears, and the Form Settings are saved.

Notes

  • Click Clear to erase the entered database settings details.

  • All fields in the Form Settings configuration are mandatory.
