Audit Trail
The Audit Trail module enables administrators to monitor, track, and manage all activities performed within the platform. This includes data access, modifications, and system configuration changes.
By maintaining a chronological log of transactions and interactions between source and destination servers, the Audit Trail ensures traceability, accountability, and transparency. It is especially valuable for:
Monitoring system activity
Conducting security audits
Diagnosing integration issues
Access the Audit Trail
From the Admin panel, click Audit Trail.
Two options appear:
Audit Log Table
Log Status
View Audit Log Table
The Audit Log Table provides a searchable list of audit entries, including user actions, system events, and server interactions.
Steps
Open the Audit Trail option from the admin panel.
Click Audit Log Table.
The Audit Log Table page opens, displaying a chronological list of audit entries.
Apply filters as needed:
Select a User: Choose from the drop-down list.
Enter a Start Date: Pick from the calendar widget.
Enter an End Date: Pick from the calendar widget.
Click the Apply Filter icon to refine results.
To search specific entries:
Enter a term in the search bar and click the Search icon.
Example: typing n will display only audit entries containing the letter n.
Manage Log Status
The Log Status feature allows administrators to enable or disable visibility of specific log categories. This ensures that only relevant logs are available for auditing, compliance checks, or troubleshooting.
Steps
From the Audit Trail context menu, click Log Status.
The Audit Trail page opens.
Use the toggle button to enable or disable audit logs.
Example: the image below shows logs being disabled.
Click Save to confirm changes.
A notification message confirms that the log status has been updated.
