License

The License admin option allows administrators to manage and update platform licenses. From this module, administrators can generate private keys and update license keys to ensure continued access to the BDB Platform.

Access License Settings

  1. In the Administration module, click License.

  2. The License Settings page opens, displaying:

    • The active session

    • Customer name

    • Product type

  3. Enable Show License Options using the radio button.

Enabling this option displays additional license management features:

  • Generate a private key

  • Update the license key

Generate a private key

  1. Navigate to the License Settings page.

  2. Enable Show License Options using the radio button.

  3. Click Generate private key.

    • A private key is generated.

  4. Use the Copy icon to copy the private key.

  5. Share the private key with the support team at [email protected] to receive an updated license key.

  • Click Cancel to remove the generated private key.

Update a license

Once the private key is shared, the BDB support team provides a new license key via email.

  1. Navigate to the Update License section in the License Settings page.

  2. Enter the license key in the Update License field.

  3. Click Update to apply the new license.

License access from the Sign-In page

New users and users with expired licenses can also generate or update license keys directly from the BDB Platform Sign-In page.

  • To generate a new private key:

    1. Click Generate on the login page.

    2. Share the generated private key with [email protected].

    3. Receive a valid license key via email.

  • If a license key has already been provided:

    • Click Click Here on the login page and enter the license key to proceed.
