Core Ownership Transfer

The Core Ownership Transfer option enables administrators to transfer ownership of components across modules from one user to another. This is particularly useful during project handovers, role changes, or when a user leaves the organization.

Modules supported for ownership transfer include:

• Data Center

• Designer

• Security

• Home

• Pipeline

This ensures continuity of work and seamless access to critical resources without disruption.

Access Core Ownership Transfer

1. In the Admin Module, click Core Ownership Transfer from the Configurations list.

   • The Core Ownership Transfer page opens.

Transfer Ownership

1. Provide the following details:

   • Select Current User: Choose the user whose components need to be transferred.

   • Select New Owner: Choose the user who will receive ownership.

   • Select Module/Modules: Choose one or more platform modules to transfer.

2. Click Transfer.

   • A success message confirms that the selected modules have been transferred to the new owner.

Note

• This feature is designed for organizational scenarios such as user exits, project handovers, or role transitions.

• The entire account access for the selected modules is transferred on the same page, ensuring smooth ownership migration.
