# Custom Field Settings

* Click the ***Custom Field Settings*** option from the ***Configurations*** list.     &#x20;

* The ***Custom Field Settings*** page opens.
* Provide the following information for each custom field:
  * ***Key***: Provide the key value of the custom field.
  * ***Input Type***: Select an input option from the drop-down menu.
    * ***Manual***: By selecting this option, users need to fill the field manually.
    * ***User Lookup***: By selecting this option, users need to choose from a drop-down menu.
  * &#x20;***Description***: Describe the inserted key.
  * ***Mandatory*****:** Select the 'Yes' option for the given field make the inserted custom field

    mandatory. Selecting the 'No' option for the given field does not make it mandatory for the user.&#x20;
* Click the ***Save*** option to save the inserted custom fields.  &#x20;

* *Click the **Add** option to add a new custom field.*
* *Click the **Clear** option to erase the inserted custom fields information.*
* *Click the **Delete*** <img src="https://content.gitbook.com/content/uMgCAr8LDezd8gVX68JP/blobs/TptT6PnbjhxPisc4KNo1/image.png" alt="" data-size="line"> *icon provided next to the added custom field to remove that custom field.*
