The following Services are out of the scope of this Statement of Work:

* Architecture changes·
* New requirements·
* Pipeline code changes/enhancements·
* Changes requiring code modification/optimization/enhancement·
* QA, testing & deployment of changes·
* Version upgrades in the platform·
* Project development activities·
* Detailed user requirement preparation·
* Business analysis work·
* Infrastructure management including database administrative activities·
* Services for other applications not presently included as one of the covered applications·
* Support activities for 3rd party applications.
* Managing and reporting 3rd party (other vendor or Customer’s teams) OLA’s/SLA’s activities
