The following Services are out of the scope of this Statement of Work:

• Architecture changes·

• New requirements·

• Pipeline code changes/enhancements·

• Changes requiring code modification/optimization/enhancement·

• QA, testing & deployment of changes·

• Version upgrades in the platform·

• Project development activities·

• Detailed user requirement preparation·

• Business analysis work·

• Infrastructure management including database administrative activities·

• Services for other applications not presently included as one of the covered applications·

• Support activities for 3rd party applications.

• Managing and reporting 3rd party (other vendor or Customer’s teams) OLA’s/SLA’s activities

Please Note: All the not explicitly mentioned tasks in scope are to be considered as the Out-of-Scope Service.
