Data Store Info

View key details and controls for a selected Data Store from a single drawer.

Prerequisites:

• Access to Data Center → Data Stores.

• Permission to view Data Store metadata.

Steps

• Navigate to the My Connectors page.

• Click the Data Store option to get a list of the existing Data Stores.

• Select the target Data Store.

• Click the Options icon for the selected data store.

• Click the Data Store Info option for the corresponding data store.

• The Data Store Info drawer opens.

What the drawer shows

• Datastore Name Displays the name of the Data Store.

• Data Loaded From Source database or system from which the Data Store loads data.

• Total Records Total number of records currently available in the Data Store.

• Last Refreshed The date/time when the Data Store was last refreshed.

• Default Synonyms (toggle) Enabling this option allows recreation of the synonyms associated with the Data Store.

• Global Search (toggle) Enabling this option allows the Data Store to be discoverable via Global Search.

• Status Indicates the job status for the most recent/ongoing refresh operation.

Notes & Tips:

• The field names shown above are exactly as displayed in the drawer (e.g., Datastore Name).

• Default Synonyms and Global Search may be interactive switches depending on your role and environment configuration.

• Status reflects refresh jobs triggered manually or by schedule.

• Use Global Search enablement to surface important Data Stores to business users.

• Correlate Total Records and Last Refreshed to confirm recent refreshes actually loaded data.

Troubleshooting

• Store Info icon not visible/disabled: Verify your permissions and that you are on the Data Stores list page.

• Status unclear or stuck: Check the scheduler/refresh logs or notifications; rerun the refresh if necessary.

• Global Search not finding the Data Store: Ensure the Global Search toggle is enabled and allow time for indexing (if applicable).
