Analyse

The Analyse feature allows users to open a saved View from a Report in analysis mode, where they can switch between chart/grid formats, apply filters, play timelines, and export data in multiple formats. This mode is designed to provide deeper data exploration without modifying the original saved View

Steps to Access Analyse Mode

1. Navigate to the final screen of the Report.

2. Select the View you want to analyze.

3. Click the Options icon.

4. From the context menu, select Analyse.

5. The View opens in analysis mode.

Actions Available in Analyse Mode

Icon	Name	Action
	Chart View	Displays the selected data in chart format.
	Grid View	Displays the data in tabular format (Data Grid).
	Export	Exports the View in supported formats (CSV, XLSX, PDF, PPT, PNG, JPEG).
	View Filter	Opens the filter panel to apply or edit view-specific filters.
	Timeline Play	Plays changes in the selected data over a time period.
	Back	Returns to the Report screen.

Export Options in Analyse Mode

When exporting from Analyse mode, the Export Type window opens. Users can select an export type from the drop-down menu.

Supported Export Formats:

• CSV – Export data in a single CSV file.

• XLSX – Export data in Excel format, with each View in a separate sheet.

• PDF – Export data in PDF format.

  • Enhancement: For Data Grid charts, PDF export now provides a tabular data format for easier sharing.

• PPT – Export Views in PowerPoint format for presentations.

• PNG – Export View as a PNG image.

• JPEG – Export View as a JPEG image.

Notes:

• Export as PNG and JPEG images is available only in Analyse mode.

• PDF Tabular Export is supported for Data Grid charts, ensuring grid data is exported in a structured table format.

• The Analyse mode allows temporary analysis; the saved Report is not altered.
