Keycloak

The Keycloak SSO Configuration option allows administrators to integrate the platform with Keycloak for Single Sign-On (SSO). This ensures centralized authentication and secure user access management.

Access Keycloak Configuration

1. From the Authentication options, navigate to the SSO Configuration admin option.

2. Select Keycloak.

   • The Keycloak Configuration page opens.

Step 1: Provide Keycloak Settings

1. Enter the following details:

   • SSO URL

   • Entity ID

   • Entity Descriptor

2. Upload certificates:

   • Certificate File: Choose the certificate file.

   • Key File Upload: Choose the Key File certificate.

3. Click Save.

   • A notification appears confirming that the Keycloak option has been saved.

Notes

Keep the following in mind when working with Keycloak:

• Group Deletion: Groups deleted in Keycloak must also be manually removed from the Platform.

• Group Renaming: Rename groups only through the Platform.

• User Removal from Group: Users must be deleted both in Keycloak and the Platform.

• Certificate File Download: Only administrators can download certificate files.
