AWS Cognito Configuration

The AWS Cognito Configuration option enables administrators to integrate the platform with an AWS Cognito user pool. This provides secure authentication and centralized user management for platform access.

Access AWS Cognito Configuration

  1. From the Authentication drop-down menu, select AWS Cognito Configuration.

    • The AWS Cognito Settings page opens.

    • The Configuration tab is displayed by default.

Step 1: Configure AWS Cognito Settings

  1. Provide the following details:

    • Access Key

    • Secret Key

    • Region

  2. Click Next.

    • A success message confirms the action.

    • The system navigates to the Sync Configuration tab.

Step 2: Sync Users and Groups

  1. In the Sync Configuration tab:

    • Select a User Group from the AWS Group List.

    • Select users from the AWS User List by checking the boxes next to their usernames.

  2. Click Next.

    • A success message confirms that the user list has been updated.

    • The system navigates to the Group Configuration tab.

Step 3: Configure Groups

  1. In the Group Configuration tab:

    • Review the User Pool List.

    • Add the desired user(s) to the Selected AWS User List.

  2. Click Save.

    • A success message confirms that the user group has been updated successfully.

Notes

  • Click the Clear All Settings icon to erase the entered AWS Cognito information.

  • Click Back to return to the AWS Cognito Configuration page.
