Adding Recipients to an Email Collector

Users can add recipients to an Email Collector to send surveys directly via email. Recipients can be added either from existing Contact Groups or manually.

Steps to Add Recipients

  1. On the Create Email Collector page, click Create.

  2. The Add Recipient for Collector page opens, displaying the pre-defined collector name.

  3. Fill in the required information:

    • Add Recipients: Add recipients from Contact Groups or manually.

    • Email Subject: Enter a subject line for the email.

    • Body of Email: Modify the pre-written message if needed.

    • Click Add Link to insert the collector link.

  4. Click Create & Send Mail.

Note: The collector name displayed on the Add Recipients page cannot be changed.

Adding Recipients from Contacts

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Add Recipients for Collector page.

  2. Select From Contacts.

  3. Click Add Recipients below the box.

  4. The Contact Groups window opens.

  5. Select desired contact groups by marking the checkboxes.

  6. Click Done.

Adding Recipients Manually

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Add Recipients for Collector page.

  2. Select Add Manually.

  3. Enter recipient details in the given space using the following format:

[email protected]; First Name; Last Name

Notes:

  • Recipients can be a mix of manual entries and contact group selections.

  • Ensure the email format is correct to avoid delivery errors.

  • Emails sent via the collector include the survey link and instructions automatically.
