Using Survey Template

The Survey Template feature allows users to reuse existing surveys and modify them as needed, providing efficiency in survey creation and consistency in design.

Steps to Use a Survey Template

1. Click the Menu icon in the top-right corner of the platform.

2. From the context menu, select Survey Templates.

3. The Survey Templates page opens, displaying available templates.

4. Click Preview to view the selected survey template.

5. Click Use This Template to create or modify a survey based on the selected template.

• A new survey is created in the current user account.

• Users can edit or modify the questions in the survey template as needed.

Notes:

• Survey templates allow for the rapid creation of new surveys while maintaining consistency.

• Modifications to template questions do not affect the original template; changes apply only to the new survey instance.

• This feature is ideal for creating similar surveys for multiple audiences or recurring studies.
