Publishing a Survey
After designing a survey, users can publish it to collect responses via a Weblink or Email Collector. This section explains the steps to publish a survey and manage related options.
Steps to Publish a Survey
Navigate to the Survey List.
Click the Publish option for the desired survey.
Users are redirected to the Publish Survey page.
Provide the following information:
Publish Name: Enter a title for the published survey instance.
Start Date: Specify when the survey becomes active.
Expiry Date: Set the closing date for responses.
Expiry Date Message: Optional message displayed when the survey expires.
Click Create.

Add Web Link Collector
Generate a unique web link to share the survey.

Add Email Collector
Send the survey to recipients via email.

Edit Publish
Modify the published survey details.

Delete Publish
Remove the published survey instance.
