Creating a Weblink Collector

A Weblink Collector generates a unique URL that can be shared with survey participants to collect responses online.

Steps to Create a Weblink Collector

1. Click Weblink Collector or Add Web Link Collector from the Publish Your Survey list.

2. The Create Weblink Collector page opens.

3. Enter a name for the collector (maximum 50 characters).

4. Click Create.

   

• A notification confirms the creation of the Weblink Collector.

• The generated Weblink URL is displayed.

  
• The collector is added to the Publish Your Survey list for the selected survey.

Related Options

Once the Weblink Collector is created, the following actions are available:

• Switched On/ Off(/ ): To enable or Disable the Weblink.

• View URL Link (): Displays the URL for the Weblink collector.

• Edit Weblink Collector (): Modify the collector name or settings.

• Delete Collector(): Remove the collector.

Notes:

• Each survey can have multiple Weblink Collectors to track responses for different campaigns or periods.

• Use the Copy URL option to distribute the survey to participants via email, chat, or other channels.

• Weblink Collectors are ideal for self-service or large-scale surveys where participants access the survey independently.

Creating an Email Collector

An Email Collector allows surveys to be distributed directly to recipients via email, enabling targeted response collection.

Steps to Create an Email Collector

1. Click Email Collector or Add Email Collector from the Publish Your Survey list.

2. The Create Email Collector page opens.

3. Enter a name for the collector (maximum 50 characters).

4. Click Create.

   

• A notification confirms that the Email Collector has been successfully created.

• A window prompts the user to add recipients for the Email Collector.

• The Email Collector is added to the Publish Your Survey list for the selected survey.

  

Related Options

Once the Email Collector is created, the following actions are available:

• Switched On/ Off(/ ): To enable or Disable the Email collector link.

• Add Recipients(): Adds recipients to the email collector.

• Track Email Responses(): Tracks the collected email responses.

• View URL Link (): Displays the URL for the Weblink collector.

• Edit Email Collector (): Allows modification of the collector settings for the end users.

• Delete Collector(): Removes the collector.

Notes:

• Each survey can have multiple Email Collectors to target different sets of recipients.

• Use the Email Collector to manage distribution lists, track responses, and ensure targeted participation.

• Recipients receive a direct email containing the survey link and instructions to respond.
