Survey Collectors

The Collector is a key component of the Publish Survey feature. It provides a unique online link or channel to distribute the survey to end-users and gather responses for analysis.

Overview

  • Collectors are used to collect responses from recipients.

  • A single survey can have multiple collectors to compare responses collected at different periods.

  • Responses gathered through collectors can be analyzed for insights or exported as needed.

Accessing Collector Options

  • Click the Create option at the end of the Publish Survey information page.

  • Options to create a collector will be displayed.

  • Select the desired collector type by clicking on it.

Method 2: Using Collector Icons

  1. Navigate to the Publish Your Survey list.

  2. Locate the published survey.

  3. Four collector options are displayed next to the survey name.

  4. The first two icons (and) can be used to create a new collector.

Notes:

  • Collectors are essential for survey distribution and response collection.

  • Multiple collectors allow tracking and comparing responses over time.

  • Use the appropriate collector type depending on the target audience and distribution channel.
