The Datamart Management options provide administrators with additional functionalities, including manual updates, editing, and refreshing data to ensure accurate and up-to-date survey data.

Update Now

Overview

The Update Now feature allows administrators to manually trigger a scheduler update for a survey Datamart.

Steps

1. Navigate to Manage Datamart for your survey.

2. Click the Update Now icon.

3. In the window that appears, click Update Now.

Result:

• The Datamart scheduler is manually updated, and data is refreshed immediately.

Edit DataMart

Overview

The Edit DataMart option allows users to modify or reset DataMart details for a survey.

Steps

1. Click the Edit DataMart icon for the selected survey.

2. The Datamart details are displayed.

3. Click Edit DataMart Detail.

4. Modify the required information.

5. Click Update DataMart.

• Datamart details are updated successfully.

Notes:

• Changes to Datamart details may require recreating the Datamart at the specified IP address.

• Use the Update Record icon to update a specific record in the Datamart.

• Click the Refresh icon to get the latest status of the Datamart.
