Question

The users get the Question Settings icon next to the Question Save icon for the selected question. This page aims to explain the Question Settings option.

Duplicating a Question in a Form

Users can duplicate an existing question to replicate its structure and settings without re-entering the information manually.

Steps to Duplicate a Question

1. Click the Question Settings icon for the desired question.

2. Select Duplicate from the menu options.

3. A success message appears confirming the question has been copied.

Result:

• The duplicated question is added below the original question.

• All settings and configurations of the original question are retained in the copy.

Notes:

• Duplicated questions can be edited independently after duplication.

• Useful for creating similar questions quickly within the same form

Deleting a Question in a Form

Users can delete a question from a form to remove unwanted or obsolete questions.

Steps to Delete a Question

1. Click the Delete option from the Question Settings menu for the desired question.

2. A confirmation dialog opens asking you to confirm the deletion.

3. Click Yes to delete the question.

4. Click No if you decide not to delete the question.

• If Yes is selected, the question is removed from the form.

• If No is selected, the question remains unchanged.

Notes:

• Deleting a question will remove all associated options and responses.

• Ensure that the question is no longer needed before confirming deletion.
