Form Settings

The Form Settings page provides centralized control to configure your form's behavior, appearance, and user interaction. Here, you can adjust various properties, themes, and specific instructions.

Accessing Form Settings

  1. Click the Settings icon from the form’s Options Context Menu.

  2. The Form Settings window opens with the following tabs:

    • Properties

    • Theme

    • Form Instruction per User

  3. Click Save after making changes to apply the altered settings.

Properties Tab

The Properties tab allows configuring key attributes of the form.

Status

  • Controls whether the form is enabled or disabled.

  • When disabled:

    • Form content cannot be answered by users.

    • All property fields disappear.

Steps to Configure Status

  1. Open the Properties tab in Form Settings.

  2. Use the Enable/Disable radio button to set the form status.

Configuration

Users can set the following configurations under the Properties tab:

  1. Expiry Date: Set a date and time when the form will expire.

  2. Total Number of Responses: Limit the total number of responses collected.

  3. Per-User Response: Limit the maximum number of responses a single user can submit.

  4. Page List Display: Choose whether to show the page list to users:

    • Don’t Show

    • Show Dropdown (Right Side)

    • Show List (Left Side)

  5. Question Group Display: Enable or disable collapse/expand for question groups.

  6. Default View Mode: Set default view for the form plugin:

    • Form Entry

    • Response

Click Save to apply the configuration changes.

System Notifications

  • Total Responses Reached:

    • Users can view responses using the View Response icon.

    • Editing requires contacting support/admin.

  • Per-User Response Limit Reached:

    • Users can view their submissions using View Response.

    • Editing requires contacting support/admin.
