Form Options

The Form Options menu provides actions to manage and modify forms, including editing, duplicating, previewing, publishing, deleting, and configuring settings.

Accessing Form Options

  1. Navigate to the Form List page.

  2. Select a form tile.

  3. Click the Options icon on the selected form.

Available Options

Edit Form

Overview

Allows users to update form information such as name, instructions, and logo.

Steps

  1. Select Edit from the Options menu.

  2. The Edit Form window opens.

  3. Update the following fields:

    • Form Name

    • Form Instruction

    • Form Logo

  4. Click Save.

Delete Form

Overview

Removes a selected form from the Form List.

Steps

  1. Select Delete from the Options menu.

  2. A confirmation pop-up appears.

  3. Click Yes to confirm deletion.

3. Duplicate Form

Overview

Creates a copy of an existing form, retaining all pages and questions. The new form can be renamed and modified independently.

Steps

  1. Select Duplicate from the Options menu.

  2. The Duplicate Form window opens.

  3. The form name is prefilled with the “Copy of” prefix (e.g., Sample FormCopy of Sample Form).

  4. Optionally, update the form name and logo.

  5. Click Save.

Notes:

  • Use Edit to modify existing forms without creating a new instance.

  • Delete is permanent; ensure no important data will be lost.

  • The Duplicate option is useful for reusing form structure and questions for similar forms.

  • The Options menu provides quick access to all form management actions from the Form List page.
