Page Settings

Access the Page Settings icon in the Form Header panel to quickly Rename, Duplicate, or Delete the selected form page, centralizing your page management controls.

Renaming a Page in a Form

Users can rename a page within a form using the Page Settings options. This allows for better organization and clarity when managing multi-page forms.

Steps to Rename a Page

  1. Click the Page Settings icon located in the form’s header panel.

  2. Select Rename from the menu.

  3. The Rename Page dialog box opens.

  4. Enter the new page name.

  5. Click Save.

Notes:

  • Renaming a page does not affect any questions or data already added to that page.

  • Ensure the new name is clear and descriptive to maintain form organization.

Duplicating a Page in a Form

Users can duplicate an existing page within a form to replicate the structure and questions without recreating them manually.

Steps to Duplicate a Page

  1. Click the Page Settings icon in the header panel of the form.

  2. Select Duplicate from the menu.

  1. The Duplicate Page dialog box opens.

  2. The page name is displayed with a “Copy of” prefix (e.g., Page 1Copy of Page 1).

  3. Click Save.

Notes:

  • All questions and settings from the original page are replicated in the duplicated page.

  • You can rename or edit the duplicated page independently after creation.

Deleting a Page in a Form

Users can delete an existing page from a form to remove unnecessary or obsolete pages.

Steps to Delete a Page

  • Click the Page Settings icon in the form’s header panel.

  • Select Delete from the menu.

  • A confirmation dialog opens asking you to confirm the deletion.

  • Click Yes to delete the page.

Notes:

  • Click No if you decide not to delete the page.

  • Deleting a page will remove all questions and content associated with that page.

  • Ensure that no critical data is stored on the page before deletion.
