Create a New Report with an Existing Data Store
Learn how to create a report by selecting from previously created or shared data stores. This option is recommended when the dataset has already been prepared and validated.
Steps to Create a Report
Navigate to the Create Report page:
Open the Report module, or
Use the Create New Report option from the homepage.
Provide report details:
Report Name – Enter a unique name.
Description – Add an optional description for context.
Select Existing Data Store as the data source option.
From the Select Data Store list:
Review the available data stores.
Select a data store using the checkbox next to its name.
Click Create Report.
You are redirected to the Designing Canvas to begin creating a View.
Designing the Report View
The Designing Canvas offers a wide variety of charts, including KPIs and Data Grids, for designing data visualizations.
Use the Switch UI icon to toggle between different design interfaces depending on preference.
