Editing a Benchmark

1. Navigate to the Survey List.

2. Click the More Options icon next to the desired survey.

3. Select Benchmark from the menu list.

• The Edit Benchmark page opens.

• A new benchmark is automatically created with a default title based on the survey name (e.g., “Benchmark for Mobile Trend Survey”).

1. Update the following fields, if necessary:

   • Benchmark Title

   • Benchmark Mission

   • Benchmark Vision

2. Click Save.

   

• A notification confirms that the benchmark information has been successfully updated.

  

Notes:

• Benchmarks must be defined before applying logic or comparison metrics in surveys.

• The benchmark provides a standard reference for evaluating survey responses and performance.
