Quick Search
The Global Search feature empowers you to quickly find what you're looking for across the entire platform—from records and files to users and modules—using a single, intuitive search bar.
Global Search refers to a unified search functionality within a platform application that allows users to quickly locate various types of content, data, or features from a single search bar, regardless of where that content resides within the system. Instead of having to navigate through different sections or modules, users can type a keyword or phrase, and the system retrieves matching results from across the entire platform.

Navigate to the Homepage.
Access the Global search bar accessible from the main navigation header for quick access from anywhere (any module) in the platform.
Click into the search bar and begin typing your keyword. Example: Enter “data”.
As you type, the system will start fetching results in real-time.
A dropdown will appear showing all matching entities.
Browse the dropdown suggestions. Click on the most relevant item to navigate directly to its detailed view. For example, the selected entity in this case is DataasApimigration, a data service published as an API.
The user will be redirected to the Data Center.
The searched Data as an API will be displayed.
The user can modify and save the searched API.
A notification message will appear confirming the completion of the previous action.
Reopen the Global Search bar from the top of the platform.
Enter a new keyword in the search field.
As you type, the system will automatically display matching results in a drop-down list.
Refine your keyword input to specify your search more accurately.
From the dropdown, select a relevant result. Example: Selecting a report titled "Demo Report".
You will be redirected to the corresponding report page for detailed viewing.
