Upload File Status

Make a Data Sandbox file available to the Data Science Lab (DS Lab) and add it to a project’s datasets.

Prerequisites:

• Access permission of the Data Center module and the Data Sandbox option.

• You have a DS Lab project and permission to add datasets.

• Your Sandbox file has been uploaded and appears in the Data Sandbox list

Send the Sandbox file to DS Lab

• Navigate to Data Center > My Connectors > Data Sandbox > Data Sandbox List.

• Select the target Data Sandbox entry from the list.

• Click the Upload File Status icon for that Sandbox.

• A success message appears, and the file is made available to the DS Lab module.

Add the Sandbox file to a DS Lab Project

• Open Data Science Lab → (Your Project) → Add Datasets.

• In Data Source, select Data Sandbox.

  • Note: The Add button appears on the Add Datasets page only after a data source is selected.

• The uploaded Sandbox file is listed at the top of the Data Sandbox list.

  • (Optional) Use the Search bar to find a specific Sandbox by name.

• Check the checkbox next to the Sandbox file.

• Click Add to attach it to the DS Lab project.

• The Sandbox file is now registered as a dataset in your DS Lab project and ready for use in notebooks, experiments, or pipelines.

Tips:

• If you don’t see the file in DS Lab, click Upload File Status again from Data Center → Data Sandbox, then refresh the Add Datasets page.

• Use clear Sandbox names so they’re easy to locate via the Search bar on the Add Datasets page.

Troubleshooting

• Add button disabled: Ensure Data Source = Data Sandbox is selected first, then select a file via the checkbox.

• File not listed: Verify you clicked Upload File Status in Data Center; refresh the DS Lab Add Datasets page or use Search.

• Permission error: Confirm you have rights to add datasets to the selected DS Lab project.
