Shared Views

Adding Shared View to a Report

The users can use already existing views based on a data store using the Shared Views icon.

• Navigate to the final page of the Report.

• Click the Shared Views icon.

• All the available shared views from the selected Data store appear.

• Use a checkmark in the box to select a shared view.

• Click the Save icon.

• The selected shared view gets added to the report.

• Click the Save report icon to save the report.
