Follow the below given steps to delete a form from the Form List:
Select the Delete option from the Options Context menu.
A pop-up window appears to assure the action of deletion.
Click the Yes option using the pop-up window.
The selected Form gets removed from the Form list, and the action gets communicated through a message.
