License Management

This page provides a comprehensive guide to managing your platform license, from initial activation and deployment to the standard renewal process.

License management is handled within the platform’s Admin Module. Following the initial setup by the BDB Team —which is based on the agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) —Customer Admins can independently facilitate future license renewals using the module's built-in tools.

Renewal Process

The BDB Team will notify designated Customer Admins via email when a license renewal is required. Please note that automated email alerts are a planned feature for a future product update. Once notified, admins may initiate the renewal process regardless of whether the current license is still active or has already expired.

Renewal before License Expiry

Once the customer admin receives the email notification for license renewal, he can generate a private key by navigating to the license setting section inside the Admin Module & share it with the designated BDB Team. The BDB Team will share the license key to renew the license. The customer admin should populate the license key & select the Update button (under the license settings section).

To renew your license following an email notification, please follow these steps:

  1. Generate Key: Navigate to the Admin Module > License Settings to generate a Private Key.

  2. Request Renewal: Share this key with the BDB Team to receive your new License Key.

  3. Activate: Enter the new key in the License Settings section and select Update to finalize the process.

Renewal after License Expiry

Access to the platform is automatically suspended if the license expires. To renew (after the expiry date), the Customer Admin should:

  1. Generate a Private Key from the login screen and share it with the BDB Team.

  2. Receive the new License Key from the team.

  3. Apply the key under License Settings and click Update to restore user access.
