License Management

Admin Module inside the platform is used for enabling OR renewing the license. The BDB team will generate & enable the license at the time of platform deployment based on the SOW signed & finalized duration. Subsequently, the customer Admin can follow the renewal process to renew the license.

Renewal Process

Email notification for license renewal will be shared by the BDB Team with the designated Customer Admin/Team. The automatic email alert notification feature is in the roadmap and will be released in future Product releases. Once the customer admin receives an email notification, he can renew the license before OR after the license is expired.

Renewal before License Expiry

Once the customer admin receives the email notification for license renewal, he can generate a private key by navigating to the license setting section inside Admin Module & share it with the designated BDB Team. BDB Team will share the license key to renew the license. The customer admin should populate the license key & select the Update button (under the license settings section).

Renewal after License Expiry

If the customer has not renewed the platform license before expiry, it will not allow the user/s to log in until license renewal. Customer admin will get an option to generate the private key from the login screen to renew the license. Once the private key is generated, he should share the key with the designated BDB Team. BDB Team will share the license key to renew the license. The customer admin should populate the license key & select the update button ( under the license setting section ).
