Files

Users will be allotted a Data folder in each Data Science Lab project to create files, folders and upload a file into the dedicated Data Sandbox location.

Check out the given walk-through on how to add a file or folder and upload a file in the given Data folder provided to a Data Science Project.

Adding Files or Folders

  • Open the Files tab.

  • Click on Add file/Add folder.

  • The Add folder dialog box opens.

  • Provide a name to the File/Folder.

  • Click the Save option.

  • A notification message appears to inform the user about the creation of the targeted Folder/ File.

  • The created entity gets saved under the Files tab.

Uploading files

The Upload option is provided to upload files into the Dedicated Sandbox folder (Data) inside the Data Science Notebook.

  • Navigate to the Files tab.

  • Select the Upload from the suggestions given on Data folder.

  • Select the file to be uploaded and upload.
