Accessing the Survey Module

This section describes how to access the Survey module and lists down the key task options

Steps to Access the Survey Module

1. Navigate to the BDB Platform homepage.

2. Open the Apps menu.

3. Click the Survey module from the list of apps.

Steps to Access the Forms Module from the Navigation Panel

1. Navigate to the Platform Homepage.

2. Click the Others option from the left-side navigation Panel.

3. Select the Survey option.

Survey Landing Page Overview

The landing page provides the following key options:

1. Preview Survey Benchmark

2. Manage Datamart

3. Survey Summary

4. Copy Survey

5. Delete Survey |

Other options provided on the Survey landing page are as mentioned below:

Notes:

• Default surveys, such as the Mobile Trends Survey and Customer Feedback Survey, are displayed on the landing page for reference.

• Use the More Options menu for additional survey management and analytics actions.
