Form Instruction per User

The Form Instruction per User feature allows administrators or form creators to provide custom instructions that are visible only to a specific user when they preview or access the form. This helps deliver personalized guidance or instructions to targeted users.

Steps to Add Form Instruction for a User

1. Navigate to the Form Settings page.

2. Click the Form Instruction per User option.

3. Select the desired user from the drop-down menu.

4. Insert the specific instruction in the provided text space.

5. Click Save.

• A notification confirms that the instruction has been saved.

• When the selected user opens the form in Preview mode, the specified instruction appears.

Notes:

• Instructions are user-specific and will not be visible to other users.

• Use this feature to provide targeted guidance or special instructions for individual users.

• Ensure that the instruction is clear and concise to help the user understand how to interact with the form.
