Creating a Form

Users can create new forms in the Forms module by following these steps. This process allows the user to define a form’s title, instructions, and branding.

Users initiate the creation process by selecting 'Create New Form,' which immediately directs them to a dedicated configuration screen. This crucial process allows the user to establish the form's essential foundation:

• Navigate to the Forms Landing Page.

• Click the Create Form icon.

  
• The Create Form window opens.

• Provide the required information:

  • Form Name: Enter a title for the form.

  • Form Instruction: Add instructions for users who will access the form.

  • Form Logo: Upload an image for the form logo (maximum 50 KB).

• Click Save.

  
• A success message appears confirming the form creation.

• The newly created form is added to the Forms Landing Page.

  
• The user is redirected to the landing page of the newly created form to add a new page by default.

• The form status is set to Connected by default.

  

Notes:

• To access the form, click the form tile on the landing page.

• The Form Instruction will appear in a pop-up window by default in Preview mode.

• Users can click Go to Form to view the content and provide responses.
