Open a Dashboard in Designer

Open any saved dashboard from a workspace directly into the Designer canvas for editing.

Prerequisites:

• Access to the Designer module.

• Permission to view/edit the target dashboard in its workspace.

Open from Manage

1. On the Designer homepage, click Manage.

2. In Workspaces, select the workspace that contains your dashboard.

3. In the dashboards list, locate your dashboard.

4. Click Open in Designer (action icon next to the dashboard name).

• The dashboard opens on the Designer canvas in edit mode.

Tip: You can also double-click the dashboard name to open it in Designer.

Notes

• If multiple users are editing the same dashboard, see User Alert Notification for conflict behavior.

• To preview without entering edit mode, use Manage → More Actions → Preview.
