Interacting with AI Agents
The AI Agent interface within the BDB Mobile App provides a conversational environment for natural-language-based analytics. Each agent acts as a virtual analyst, offering intelligent insights, trend detection, and predictive analytics based on enterprise data.
Overview
AI Agents enable users to interact with their data using simple natural language. These agents leverage pre-trained business intelligence models and machine learning algorithms to provide data-driven responses.
Users can ask questions such as:
“Which product categories are generating higher revenue?”
“What are the top-selling products across all categories?”
“How do our customer segments compare in terms of CLV and churn propensity?”
The responses may include narrative explanations, tables, and visual charts for deeper insights.
Accessing the AI Agent Interface
After logging in, select your desired workspace (e.g., Retail-Analytics).
Choose the AI Agent you wish to interact with, such as Performance Analyst Agent V3.
The AI Agent’s welcome screen will open, introducing its purpose and capabilities.
Asking Questions and Generating Insights
You can interact with the agent using two methods:
Option 1: Tap a Suggested Question
Select from predefined prompts such as:
“Which product categories are generating higher revenue, and what is the total profit margin across those categories?”
The agent immediately generates the relevant analysis.
Option 2: Type or Speak a Custom Query
Tap the input box at the bottom of the screen.
Type your query manually or use the microphone icon for voice input.
Tap the Send (▶) icon to submit your query.
Example Query: “What are the top-selling products in all the above categories?”
Viewing Responses
The AI Agent processes the query and responds to multiple formats:
Each response combines machine learning and BI analytics to produce human-readable, actionable insights.
AI-Generated Summary and Interpretation
At the end of each query response, the agent provides a summarized interpretation of the findings.
Example Summary: “From the analysis, it is evident that LG NanoCell 90 Series is the top-selling product in the Television category with 172,816 units sold. Gogle Pixel Buds lead the Audio and Video category, while Sumsung Solo Microwave dominates the Kitchen Appliances.”
