Data Sheet Info

View key metadata for a Data Sheet—such as Name, Type, and (for sandbox-based sheets) Status—from a single dialog.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Data Center > My Connectors > Data Sheets > Data Sheet List.

  2. Locate and select the target Data Sheet in the Data Sheet list.

  3. Click the Data Sheet Info icon (in the Actions area) for the selected Data Sheet.

  4. The Data Sheet Info window opens and displays metadata.

  5. Review the details and close the window when done.

Information shown in Data Sheet Info

  • Data Sheet Name — The configured name of the Data Sheet.

  • Type — Indicates how the Data Sheet was created (e.g., sandbox-based, manual entry, etc.).

  • Status (sandbox-based only) — Displays the current state relevant to the sandbox source (e.g., refresh state or availability, as supported by your environment).

Notes & Tips:

  • Status is displayed only for sandbox-based Data Sheets.

  • Use Status to quickly confirm whether a sandbox-based sheet is ready after a source update or refresh.

  • If you manage many sheets, the Info dialog helps verify you’re working with the correct Type before running actions like Refresh Data.

Troubleshooting

  • Info icon not visible: Ensure you have the required permissions and you’re viewing the Data Sheets list (not another module).

  • Status missing: The Data Sheet is not sandbox-based, or the status is not applicable for that sheet type.
