Pin/ Unpin a Chart

This page describes how to pin a chart from your conversation with a data agent to the interactive KPI Widgets section

The interactive screen of the Data Agent module offers a powerful feature for personalizing your analytical workspace: the ability to pin auto-generated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) directly to the KPI Widgets/My Insights section. This empowers users to curate their view, ensuring that critical metrics are immediately accessible upon launching the Data Agent.

Users can pin any view from their Data Agent interactions directly to their Insights section.

Let us see this in detail:

1

Open the Data Agent Interactive Section

  • Select a published Data Agent from the Documents Owned by Me section on the platform homepage.

  • Click to open the interactive section where you can initiate queries.

    • E.g., the Subscriber Activity data agent has been selected in the following image.

  • The selected agent's interactive screen opens on the right side of the page.

2

Ask a Query

  • In the query input field, type a question to explore the data. E.g., display the roaming behaviour of the users.

  • Press the Send icon to submit the query.

3

View the Generated Insights

  • The Data Agent will process the query and display the explanation of the query.

  • A Bubble Chart appears, representing:

    • Total Data Usage (MB) on the X-axis.

    • Total International Voice Minutes on the Y-axis.

    • Each bubble reflects roaming behavior based on different subscribed plans.

4

Open the Context Menu & Select the Pin Option

  • Right-click on the displayed Bubble Chart.

  • A context menu will appear with various options. Click the "Pin" option from the displayed context menu.

Please note: The context menu also offers various chart types for representing the queried data.

5

Locate the Pinned chart

  • The pinned chart will now appear under:

    • KPI Widgets / My Insights section on your Homepage.

  • You can revisit this chart anytime for quick reference while accessing the associated Data Agent.
