Form Preview

The Form Preview feature allows users to view and interact with a form before publishing, ensuring that the layout, questions, and functionality behave as expected across different devices.

Accessing Form Preview

Method 1: From the Form Landing Page

1. Choose an existing form from the Forms Landing Page.

2. Click the Preview icon in the header panel of the selected form.

Method 2: From the Options Menu

1. Click the Options icon for a published form on the landing page.

2. Select Preview from the context menu.

Result:

• The Preview screen is displayed for the selected form.

• Any Form Instructions are shown by default in a pop-up.

• Click Go to Form to access the form content in preview mode.

Preview Screen Overview

The form content opens in Preview mode, allowing users to interact with it as end-users would. The header contains several icons with the following actions:

​​	Mobile View	Opens the form in the Mobile view
​​	Tablet View	Opens the form in the Tablet view
​​	Large Screen	Opens the form in the Large Screen View
​​	Publish	Redirects to publish the form
​​	Settings	Redirects to the Form Settings page
​​	Form Edit	redirects to edit the questions and Pages
​​	Form Instruction	Displays the inserted Instruction message on the screen

Notes:

• Preview mode reflects the actual user experience, including device responsiveness.

• Use Form Instructions to guide end-users when previewing or testing the form.

• The preview supports testing mobile, tablet, and large screen layouts to ensure consistency across devices.
