The administrator can configure the account password information using this option.
Click the Password option from the list of configuration and Settings options.​
The Password Settings page appears.
Select the Set Password Expiry Days option by using the checkbox.
Set Password Expiry Days: The password will get expired after the set limit of the days.
Never Expires: The password will not get expired by selecting this option
Password Expiry (Days): Set password validity (in days). It supports values between 10 to 1000 with both the values included.
Password Reuse: Set a limit to restrict the user from using an old password (up to last 6 passwords cannot be reused).
Password Strength (in characters) : Set password length (8 to 16).
Login Failures (No. of User Login Failure): Set the number of chances provided to the user for logging in with wrong passwords (Maximum 6 login chances are provided to a user. The user account gets blocked if a user enters the wrong password more than 6 times.)
Click the Save option.
A notification message appears to ensure the user about the password settings update.
Click the Clear All option to erase the entered password information.
Navigate to the Password Settings page using the Configurations options.
Select the Never Expire option using the given checkbox.
Set a number to reuse the last password.
Set password strength in characters.
Set maximum no. of failed login attempts allowed.
Click the Save option.
A notification message appears to inform the user that the password settings have been saved.
