Accessing the Report Module

This section describes all the possible ways to access the Report module on the platform.

Accessing the Report Module

Accessing the Report Module from the Left-side Panel

• Navigate to the homepage of the platform.

• Click the Report module icon provided on the left-side panel.

This section covers how to access the Report plugin using the BDB Platform.

• Navigate to the homepage of the platform.

• Click the Apps menu icon.

• Click the Report module.

Accessing the Create New Report Option

• Navigate to the Platform homepage.

• Right-click anywhere on the My Documents or Public Documents blank space to get the context menu.

• Click the Create New Report option from the context menu.

OR

• Navigate to the Platform homepage.

• Click the Options icon to open the context menu from the Platform Homepage.

• Select the Create New Report option from the context menu.

Please Note:

• The user can search for a specific Data Store using the Search bar.

• The user can navigate to the space where the Report document creation was intended (i.e., In this case, Navigate to the My Documents space).

• You can see the newly created Report document added to the My Documents space.
