# Delete

Follow the below given steps to delete a form from the Form List:

* Select the ***Delete*** option from the Options Context menu.

* A pop-up window appears to assure the action of deletion.
* Click the ***Yes*** option using the pop-up window.

* The selected Form gets removed from the Form list, and the action gets communicated through a message.
