# Duplicate

The user can create a duplicate form by using this option.

* Select the ***Duplicate*** option from the Options Context menu.

* The Duplicate Form window opens.
  * The Form name appears with the ‘**Copy of**’ prefix. (E.g., the form with name *Sample Form* becomes *Copy of Sample Form.* The form name can be changed as per the user’s choice.)
  * The user can edit the Form information.
  * The user can change the Form Logo.
  * Click the ***Save*** option.

* A success message appears to inform that the selected form has been copied successfully.
* The duplicated/copied form gets added to the Form list page.
