Sharing Data Connector & Data Set with View or Edit Permission.

At Present If we are sharing Data Connector or Data Set to any other user (say UserB) then userB will be able to just view or use it , In any condition UserB can not do edit it even in needed condition.

To avoid this type of situation we will provide View/Edit option at the time of sharing the Connector/Dataset . So depending upon the option selected , UserB can either view or edit the Connector/Dataset.
